How can a hot tub be cheaper here than at a showroom?
We sell factory direct. There is no showroom lease, no boat-show booth and no dealer markup between the factory and your backyard. The tub is built by Dynasty Spas in America, and our Texas team delivers and sets it up.
Can I really buy a hot tub without seeing it in person?
Yes. Every model page shows the real shell from above, every seat, the jets, the dimensions and the power it needs. If you want to see more, book a live video tour and a rep will walk you through the tub, or text us a photo of your yard and we will tell you what fits.
Where do you deliver?
Inside the Texas Triangle: Austin, San Antonio, Houston and The Woodlands, Dallas-Fort Worth, and the towns in between. Enter your ZIP on any model page to check. We stay inside about three hours of a metro so we can deliver and service every tub well.
What do I need ready before delivery?
A flat, level base (a concrete pad, pavers on compacted base, or a deck rated for the filled weight), a clear path about 4 feet wide, and the right power. Most of our hot tubs need a 240V 50A GFCI circuit from a licensed electrician. A few plug into a standard outlet. We send a site checklist after you order.
How does the deposit work?
Reserve any model with a deposit that is fully refundable until your delivery is scheduled. The balance is due before delivery, paid by card, bank transfer or financing.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through GreenSky and Synchrony. Checking your rate takes about a minute and does not affect your credit score. Monthly payments on this site are estimates at 9.99% APR for 120 months; your actual terms depend on your credit.
What does it cost to run a hot tub in Texas?
A well-insulated hot tub with a good cover usually adds roughly $30 to $60 a month to a Texas electric bill, depending on size, how often you use it and the season. We will confirm energy figures by model.
Who services my tub after the sale?
Our Texas team. Your written warranty covers the tub, and we handle service and warranty claims for every tub we sell inside our delivery area.
Do I need a permit?
Texas has no statewide hot tub permit. Most cities permit the electrical work, and your HOA may want to review placement. See our permit guide for details.
Can I return a hot tub?
Your deposit is fully refundable until delivery is scheduled. After delivery, the written warranty covers defects. Talk to us before you order if you have any doubt.
