How long from order to delivery?
Typically 2 to 3 weeks. We confirm your date once the yard check is done.
Do I need to be home?
Yes, for the start-up walkthrough so we can show you the controls and water care.
What if my yard needs a crane?
We will tell you after the yard check and quote it before you commit. Most yards do not need one.
Do you haul away my old tub?
Ask your rep. We can quote removal of an old tub on the same visit.
